वाराणसी, – उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार किसानों के उत्थान और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाने के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है। इसी क्रम में कृषक उत्पादक संगठन एवं औद्यनिक विपणन सहकारी समिति लिमिटेड, टिकरी, वाराणसी के परिसर में एक विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन हुआ, जिसमें राष्ट्रीय सहकारी विकास निगम (NCDC) के प्रबंध निदेशक श्री पंकज कुमार बंसल मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे।
संगठन के अध्यक्ष इंजीनियर अमित सिंह ने पुष्पगुच्छ और अंगवस्त्र भेंट कर उनका स्वागत किया तथा एफपीओ परिसर और विभिन्न इकाइयों का अवलोकन कराया। इस अवसर पर संगठन के संरक्षक श्री अनिल कुमार सिंह ने मुख्य अतिथि को स्मृति चिन्ह और अंगवस्त्र भेंट कर सम्मानित किया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान श्री बंसल एवं श्री अनिल कुमार सिंह ने परिसर में पौधरोपण कर पर्यावरण संरक्षण और सतत विकास के प्रति संगठन की प्रतिबद्धता को रेखांकित किया। इस मौके पर NCDC क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय लखनऊ के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक श्री संजय कुमार, उप निदेशक श्री नागेन्द्र कुमार, सहकारिता विभाग वाराणसी की उपायुक्त सुश्री सोमी सिंह सहित कई विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। श्री बंसल ने उत्तर प्रदेश के किसानों के लिए एफपीओ मॉडल, नवाचार, प्रसंस्करण इकाइयों और वैल्यू एडिशन गतिविधियों की विशेष सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार और सहकारिता विभाग किसानों को सशक्त बनाने के लिए उल्लेखनीय कार्य कर रहे हैं। एनसीडीसी भविष्य में भी ऐसे संगठनों को हर संभव सहयोग देगा।

यह आयोजन इस बात का प्रमाण है कि उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार किसानों को आधुनिक तकनीक, विपणन सुविधाओं और सहकारी ढांचे से जोड़कर उनकी आय दोगुनी करने की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठा रही है।
