कृषि को लाभकारी, टिकाऊ एवं उद्यमशीलता से जोड़ने के उद्देश्य से “कृषक उत्पादक संगठन एवं औद्यानिक विपणन सहकारी समिति लिमिटेड, टिकरी, वाराणसी” द्वारा आज भारतीय सब्ज़ी अनुसंधान संस्थान (IIVR) वाराणसी एवं ओडिशा राज्य से आए हुए किसानों के लिए एक दिवसीय विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य किसानों को वैज्ञानिक पद्धतियों से खेती करने, उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली फसलों का चयन करने, प्रसंस्करण (Processing) तकनीकों की समझ विकसित करने तथा आधुनिक विपणन (Marketing) प्रणालियों से जोड़ना रहा।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत स्वागत भाषण से हुई, जिसके पश्चात विषय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा विभिन्न तकनीकी सत्र आयोजित किए गए। इन सत्रों में किसानों को बताया गया कि पारंपरिक कृषि प्रणाली में छोटे-छोटे नवाचार कर कैसे वे उत्पादन बढ़ा सकते हैं एवं बेहतर मूल्य प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। कार्यक्रम का विशेष आकर्षण “तिल के लड्डू निर्माण” पर आधारित लाइव डेमोंस्ट्रेशन रहा, जिसमें किसानों को मूल्य संवर्धन (Value Addition) की प्रक्रिया सिखाई गई। इससे उन्हें घरेलू स्तर पर लघु प्रसंस्करण इकाइयों की स्थापना कर अतिरिक्त आय अर्जित करने की दिशा में प्रेरणा मिली।
इसके अतिरिक्त, किसानों को ब्रांडिंग, पैकेजिंग तथा स्थानीय से लेकर डिजिटल मार्केटिंग प्लेटफॉर्म्स के माध्यम से विपणन की तकनीकी जानकारी भी दी गई। किसानों ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए, समस्याओं पर खुलकर चर्चा की, तथा विशेषज्ञों से त्वरित समाधान प्राप्त किए।
हमारे संगठन का यह सतत प्रयास है कि किसानों को तकनीकी एवं व्यावसायिक रूप से सशक्त बनाकर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर और उद्यमशील बनाया जाए। ऐसे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम किसानों को नई तकनीकों से जोड़ने के साथ-साथ उन्हें रोजगार सृजन और मूल्य श्रृंखला में भागीदारी के लिए भी प्रेरित करते हैं।
कार्यक्रम के समापन पर सभी प्रतिभागी किसानों को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए गए एवं भविष्य में भी इस प्रकार की प्रासंगिक एवं उपयोगी कार्यशालाओं के आयोजन का आश्वासन दिया गया।
